Venue, parking & access

Venue: Riverside Park, 100 River Lane, Springfield. Main entry at North Gate. Arrive early to avoid lines and receive your wristband promptly.

Parking: Limited lot parking available across from the main entrance ($10/day, cash or card). Overflow and accessible parking is provided. Follow signs for drop-off/pick-up zones and rideshare.

Accessible Access: Designated parking and entrance. Step-free routes, accessible restrooms, and staff assistance are available at all venues. Service animals permitted.

Entry process & permitted/prohibited items

Entry: All guests must pass through security screening. Bags and coolers are subject to search. Please have wristbands visible at all times.

Permitted: Small bags, blankets, empty water bottles, sealed snacks, sunscreen, strollers, personal medical items. Prohibited: Glass containers, large umbrellas, outside alcohol, weapons, fireworks, drones, pets (service animals OK).

Accessibility & services

The event is committed to accessibility for all. Assistive listening devices, step-free seating, and accessible toilets are provided. Please contact staff for additional support.

CART captioning will be available at the main stage. If you require ASL interpretation or any accommodations, email access@muzfest.org before the event for arrangements.

Tips for attendees

Bring sunscreen, a refillable bottle, and wear comfortable shoes. Check the forecast and prepare for outdoor conditions. Arrive early for the best experience.
