Atuiqe, LLC and Muz Fest (“Atuiqe,” “Muz Fest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes privacy seriously while operating complex, large-scale live events. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, access, use, store, share, retain, and protect information about individuals who interact with Atuiqe/Muz Fest through our websites, ticketing and registration pages, waitlists, communications, mobile interactions, and in-person attendance, check-in, credentialing, and onsite operations (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Atuiqe/Muz Fest in our capacity as an event producer, promoter, operator, and service provider. Third-party platforms (including ticketing providers, payment processors, venues, social media platforms, advertisers, and vendors) operate independently and maintain their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
By accessing or using the Services, purchasing or using a Ticket, registering as a vendor/volunteer, or attending an Event, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked—directly or indirectly—with an individual (“Personal Information”).
A. Information You Provide
Depending on how you interact with the Services or Events, you may provide information including, without limitation:
a. Personal Identifiers and Contact Information
Full name, email address, phone number, mailing address (if provided), organization/company affiliation, and other identifying details you voluntarily submit when purchasing tickets, joining waitlists, registering as a vendor or volunteer, or subscribing to communications.
b. Payment and Transaction Data
Payment method type, billing address, limited transaction history, order confirmations, timestamps, refunds (if any), dispute indicators, and customer support history. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors and ticketing platforms. Atuiqe/Muz Fest does not store full payment card numbers or bank account details.
c. Usage Data and Technical Information
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, language settings, referral URLs, email open/click activity, and browsing activity collected through cookies, pixels, SDKs, analytics tools, and similar technologies. We may infer approximate location based on IP address (not precise GPS unless you explicitly authorize a third party).
d. Media and Event Content
Photographs, video, or audio recordings captured at Events (including crowd footage) and content voluntarily submitted to us. These may be used for legitimate operational, safety, archival, promotional, sponsorship fulfillment, and marketing purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy and any posted Event rules. Certain areas or Events may prohibit recording; those rules are governed by posted Event policies and instructions.
e. Communications
Information in inquiries, reports, feedback, complaints, surveys, incident-related communications, or correspondence you send through email, forms, chat tools, or social media.
f. Onsite and Operational Information
Check-in confirmations, credential or wristband class, access logs, re-entry scans, security screening outcomes (where applicable), lost-and-found intake logs (if you report lost property), and incident/safety documentation necessary to operate Events.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you interact with our Services (including through Platforms we use), we and our service providers may automatically collect device/network/usage data described above for functionality, security, analytics, and fraud prevention.
C. Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from ticketing platforms, payment processors, venues, operational partners, analytics/marketing providers, and social networks if you interact with our content—subject to their policies and your settings.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We process Personal Information for legitimate and lawful business purposes, including:
Service Fulfillment – to process transactions, deliver tickets/QR codes, register volunteers/vendors, provide customer support, manage check-in, credentialing, and event logistics.
Communication – to send confirmations, operational messages (entry instructions, safety alerts, schedule changes), respond to inquiries, and send marketing where permitted/consented.
Analytics and Improvement – to evaluate and improve Services, ticketing flows, staffing plans, event layout, crowd flow, and user experience.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance – to comply with laws, tax/accounting obligations, insurance requirements, permit conditions, and contractual requirements.
Security and Fraud Prevention – to detect fraud/chargeback abuse, protect systems, enforce policies, and maintain incident logs necessary for safety and operations.
We do not use Personal Information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects in a way that violates applicable law.
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell Personal Information for money. However, we may disclose Personal Information as follows, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
A. Service Providers
We share information with trusted vendors who support our operations—such as ticketing/credentialing platforms, payment processors, fraud prevention tools, email/SMS tools, analytics providers, hosting/cloud services, security services, and onsite operational systems. These providers may access and process Personal Information only as necessary to perform services for Atuiqe/Muz Fest and are required by contract to protect it.
B. Venues and Event Partners
We may share limited information with venues, promoters, and operational partners when reasonably necessary for entry validation, credential verification, crowd management, safety and emergency response coordination, compliance, and operational planning.
C. Sponsors and Exhibitors
Sponsors may receive aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified insights (e.g., attendance totals, zip-code distribution). If a sponsor/exhibitor directly collects information from you (raffles, activations, QR sign-ups), their privacy policy applies and they are solely responsible for their practices.
D. Legal, Safety, and Compliance
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce policies, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud and security incidents—sometimes without notice where permitted by law.
