Muz Fest 2026

Belong. Celebrate. Remember.

Seattle, WA • Starts September 12, 2026 • Saturday @ 5:00 PM PDT

Event Description

Join us for the third annual Muz Fest — a celebration of culture, music, and community in the heart of Seattle. Experience live performances from international and local artists, interactive art, cultural showcases, and a vibrant vendor market featuring small businesses from across the Pacific Northwest.

Each year, Muz Fest brings together thousands of attendees to honor heritage, share stories, and build meaningful connections. The festival highlights over 40 small businesses, showcases emerging creatives, and provides a space for unity and belonging.

This year’s edition will be held on September 12, 2026, at Victory Hall, welcoming attendees from Washington, Oregon, and Canada. Whether you’re a vendor, performer, sponsor, or volunteer, Muz Fest is where culture, creativity, and community come together. Be part of something that celebrates us all.

Eligibility, Deadlines, and Policies

Eligibility

Muz Fest welcomes vendors who reflect the spirit of community, culture, and belonging that defines our festival. We prioritize small businesses and local makers based in Washington State (priority to Seattle-area and Pacific Northwest vendors), and vendors offering culturally diverse food, goods, art, and services. Halal food vendors must provide proof of halal certification. Atuiqe provides tables, chairs, and power unless otherwise arranged in advance. Both first-time and returning vendors are welcome, with returning vendors given priority. Muz Fest reserves the right to curate vendor selection to maintain balance across categories and alignment with the festival's mission.

Other Deadlines

Halal food licensing must be submitted with your application or no later than 14 days prior to the event. Booth fees are due after acceptance notification — unpaid balances may result in forfeiture of your booth space. Final booth and setup details (layout, signage, power needs) are due 7 days prior to the event. Vendor load-in begins 1 hour prior to event start (4:00 PM), per venue access policy.

Refund Policy

Vendor fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior may be eligible for a partial refund (50%) at the discretion of Muz Fest organizers, minus any processing fees already incurred. No refunds are issued for no-shows, weather-related cancellations by the vendor, or failure to meet insurance/licensing deadlines. If Muz Fest cancels or postpones the event due to circumstances beyond our control, vendors will be notified and offered a full refund or credit toward a future Muz Fest event.

Additional Information

Vendor Load-In & Setup

Vendor access to The Boxyard (Victory Hall & The Yard) begins at 3:00 PM, two hours before event start. All vendors must be fully set up, with vehicles removed from load-in areas, by 4:45 PM to ensure a smooth 5:00 PM opening. Please plan to arrive promptly — early or late arrivals outside this window may affect your ability to access the space, per venue policy.

Event Hours

Muz Fest runs from 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM. All vendor booths must remain staffed and operational throughout these hours.

Teardown

Teardown must begin promptly at 11:00 PM, with all vendor materials, tables, tents, and trash fully removed from the venue shortly after. Use of the space beyond the contracted event time is subject to venue overtime fees, so vendors are asked to strike quickly and efficiently. Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, packaging, and equipment associated with their booth.
