Refunds & Cancellation

At Muz Fest, we strive to ensure that every meal we serve meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the process for cancelling orders, requesting refunds, and how we handle such requests.

Muz Fest Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Ticket Cancellations and Refunds

1.1 Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales for Muz Fest are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted except in cases where the event is officially canceled or rescheduled by the organizers.

1.2 Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • In the event of a cancellation of Muz Fest, ticket holders shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

  • If the event is rescheduled, previously purchased tickets shall remain valid for the new date. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event, they may submit a refund request within fourteen (14) calendar days following the public announcement of the new date.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to ten (10) business days to be reflected in the account of the purchaser.

1.3 Transfer of Tickets

Tickets are transferable. Individuals unable to attend may assign their ticket to another party. Muz Fest disclaims any responsibility for third-party ticket sales, unauthorized resales, or fraudulent transactions.

2. Merchandise and Clothing Refunds & Exchanges

2.1 Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges for Muz Fest merchandise shall be permitted under the following conditions:

  • The item must remain unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of receipt for postal orders or within seven (7) days for on-site purchases.

  • Clearance items and final sale items are non-refundable and ineligible for exchange.

2.2 Return or Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must submit a formal request to info@muzfest.org providing the following details:

  • Full name of the purchaser

  • Order confirmation number

  • Justification for the return or exchange

  • Photographic evidence, if applicable (e.g., defective or incorrect items received)

2.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original form of payment within ten (10) business days of processing.

  • Shipping costs associated with returns shall be borne by the customer, unless the merchandise was received in a defective or incorrect condition attributable to Muz Fest.

  • For exchanges, replacement items will be shipped only after the original product has been received and inspected by Muz Fest representatives.

3. Delivery and Pickup Issues

3.1 Postal Delivery Issues

  • If a merchandise order fails to arrive within the estimated delivery period, customers may request tracking assistance from Muz Fest.

  • Any claims regarding merchandise that arrives damaged must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.

  • Muz Fest shall not be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or otherwise unaccounted for once marked as delivered by the carrier.

3.2 On-Site Purchase Issues

  • All sales conducted on-site are final. No refunds or exchanges shall be permitted, except where an item is deemed defective at the time of purchase.

  • Exchanges for defective items must be completed before departing the event premises.
