At Muz Fest, we strive to ensure that every meal we serve meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the process for cancelling orders, requesting refunds, and how we handle such requests.

1. Ticket Cancellations and Refunds

1.1 Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales for Muz Fest are final and non-refundable. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds shall be granted under any circumstances except where the event is officially canceled or rescheduled by Muz Fest (“Organizer”). By completing a ticket purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this policy in its entirety.

1.2 Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

In the event Muz Fest is canceled in its entirety, ticket holders shall be entitled to a refund equal to the original purchase price of the ticket(s).

If Muz Fest is rescheduled, all tickets purchased for the original date shall automatically remain valid for the rescheduled event.

Should a ticket holder be unable to attend the rescheduled event, they may submit a written refund request within fourteen (14) calendar days following the public announcement of the new event date.

All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear in the purchaser’s account. Muz Fest shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

1.3 Transfer of Tickets

Tickets are freely transferable to another attendee. The transferee assumes all rights and obligations associated with the ticket.

Muz Fest expressly disclaims all liability for unauthorized resales, fraudulent transfers, or third-party marketplace transactions, and reserves the right to deny entry for tickets obtained through unauthorized channels.

2. Merchandise and Apparel Refunds and Exchanges

2.1 Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges for Muz Fest–branded merchandise (“Merchandise”) shall be accepted solely under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels intact;

  • Requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of receipt for shipped purchases, or within seven (7) daysof on-site purchase; and

  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.

2.2 Return or Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must submit a written request to info@atuiqe.com including:

  1. Full name of the purchaser;

  2. Order confirmation number;

  3. Detailed reason for return or exchange; and

  4. Photographic evidence, if applicable (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise).

Muz Fest reserves the right to reject requests that fail to meet these requirements or appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

2.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be issued to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days following receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

All shipping costs associated with returns are the sole responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to Muz Fest’s verified error or shipment of defective merchandise.

Replacement merchandise for approved exchanges shall be dispatched only after the original item has been received and inspected by Muz Fest or its authorized representatives.

3. Delivery and Pickup Issues

3.1 Postal Delivery Issues

If a merchandise order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, customers may contact Muz Fest for tracking assistance.

Any claim regarding merchandise that arrives damaged must be reported within three (3) calendar days of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic documentation of the issue.

Muz Fest bears no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once a carrier has marked an item as delivered. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for resolution in such instances.

3.2 On-Site Purchase Issues

All merchandise purchased on-site during Muz Fest is considered final sale and is not eligible for refund or exchange, except where the item is verified as defective at the time of purchase.

All exchanges for defective on-site purchases must be completed prior to the customer’s departure from the event premises.
