VENDOR INFORMATION / APPLICATION

Why Vend at Muz Fest?

Muz Fest is one of the Pacific Northwest’s most vibrant cultural events, celebrating music, community, and creativity. In 2024, the festival welcomed over 2,340 attendees and supported 40+ small businesses. For 2025, we’re expecting over 4,000 people from across Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia.

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your food, goods, or services to a diverse and enthusiastic audience that values quality, culture, and community connection.


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking vendors who are passionate about their craft and committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive experience. All food vendors must offer halal and/or kosher-friendly options. No pork or alcohol products will be permitted.

Categories include:

  • Prepared food (hot or cold)

  • Art, apparel, and handmade goods

  • Nonprofit organizations

  • Sampling, outreach, and community booths


Vendor Booth Options & Pricing

Booth Type | Description
Food Booth: For vendors preparing, cooking, or selling food
Merchandise Booth: For vendors selling goods like clothing or art
Nonprofit Booth: Discounted for certified 501(c)(3) orgs
Premium Corner Booth: High-traffic visibility with corner access
Sampling/Info Booth: For community orgs or brands giving out samples

Electricity is available upon request.


All booth spaces are 10'x10'. Tables & Chairs are included


Application Requirements

To participate, vendors must provide:

  • A valid business license

  • A food handler’s permit (for food vendors only)

  • Proof of insurance (preferred, but not required)

Please note: As the event takes place on state property (University of Washington), King County temporary food permits are not required.


Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment is only processed after your application is approved. Your payment method will be securely held on file during review. Once accepted, fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.


How to Apply

  1. Complete the vendor application form linked below

  2. Wait for confirmation and approval

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive setup instructions and payment confirmation
