Event Description

Join us for the third annual Muz Fest — a celebration of culture, music, and community in the heart of Seattle. Experience live performances, interactive art, cultural showcases, and a vibrant vendor market featuring small businesses from across the Pacific Northwest.

Each year, Muz Fest brings together thousands of attendees to honor heritage, share stories, and build meaningful connections. The festival highlights over 40 small businesses, showcases emerging creatives, and provides a space for unity and belonging.

This year’s edition will be held on September 12, 2026, at Victory Hall, welcoming attendees from Washington, Oregon, and Canada. Eligibility, Deadlines, and Policies

Eligibility

Muz Fest welcomes small businesses, makers, and food vendors — with priority given to Seattle-area and Pacific Northwest vendors — offering culturally diverse food, goods, art, and services that reflect the communities Muz Fest celebrates. All vendors must hold a current business license (and UBI number, if applicable). Food vendors need a valid food handler permit and, for halal offerings, proof of halal certification. Vendors cooking on-site with propane or open flame need a Seattle Fire Department permit; electric cooking and warming equipment are exempt. Food trucks and trailers are welcome and operate from their own vehicle setup. For all other vendors, Atuiqe supplies tables and chairs — no tents needed. Vendors bring their own signage and product displays; power can be arranged in advance if needed. Returning vendors are given priority. Atuiqe curates the vendor mix to keep a good balance across food, retail, art, and community organizations.

Other Deadlines

Booth fee payment: due upon acceptance notification — unpaid balances after 15 days may result in forfeiture of your booth space Final booth/setup details (layout, signage, power or equipment needs): due 7 days before the event Vendor load-in: begins 2 hours before event start (3:00 PM) Vendor Last sale: 10:45 PM Load-out: must be complete by 11:30 Menu/product list confirmation (for food vendors, if not locked at application): due 14 days before the event.

Refund Policy

Vendor fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior may be eligible for a 50% refund, minus processing fees. No refunds for no-shows, weather-related cancellations, or missed licensing deadlines. If Muz Fest cancels or postpones, vendors will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.
